25% Bonus Rewards Points – Spring 2021

The following terms apply to your participation in the Washington Capital Partners (“WCP” or “we”) Bonus Rewards Points Program (“Program”) as advertised by WCP on the WCP website, by email, and on WCP social media accounts. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms, which become part of the Washington Capital Partners Terms of Use. 

WCP may, from time to time, offer repeat WCP borrowers (a borrower who has previously been a Primary Borrower on a loan in good standing with WCP) the opportunity to earn an additional 25% above the standard rewards points accumulated on loan closed with WCP. We reserve the right to terminate this Program at any time for any reason. By participating in our Program, users agree to receive communications from WCP, and/or from our partners that operate and maintain the Program, with regards to participation in the Program. The following guidelines shall apply to a user’s participation in any WCP Bonus Rewards Points Program. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement in their entirety, you are not authorized to receive an appraisal fee reimbursement or to participate in the Bonus Rewards Points Program in any manner. 

This Program is only valid from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 (the “Program Term”), and applies all loans closed by a repeat borrower (as defined above) between April 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021. Closing dates for eligible loans must occur during the Program Term and the Program will not be applied retroactively to any other loans. 

1) Who can participate? 

All borrowers must be 18 years or older. The borrower may not participate in the Program if doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations. To qualify, the borrower must never have closed a loan with WCP before the Program Term, either in a primary borrower or secondary borrower position. Only primary borrowers are credited with the 25% bonus on rewards points, as secondary borrowers on a loan will not qualify for the Program.  

2) How will the bonus rewards points be earned? 

Reward fulfillment shall be governed by the following: 

• The Program applies only to the WCP Rewards Points accumulated by closed loans in good standing, all borrowers are still required to make interest payments throughout the term of the loan(s). 

• To redeem WCP Rewards Points, borrowers must utilize their WCP Borrowers Portal which contains a tab dedicated to viewing your accumulated rewards and submitting redemption requests
• Redemption requests are not necessarily guaranteed to be approved by a WCP Representative and can be denied due to a borrower’s associated loan being in less than good standing or any other reason as determined by the WCP Representative

• The Program may not be combined with other promotional programs or incentives given by WCP without the prior approval of WCP. The WCP Rewards Points are only earned when a loan closes and remains in good standing. Borrowers with loans with the following attributes (but not limited to) are ineligible to redeem their WCP Rewards Points:
  • Loans with late payments
  • Loans in default
  • Loans in foreclosure

3) No fraudulent activity, or illegal participation 

WCP reserves the right to void referrals and rewards earned if we suspect that they were earned in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates these terms, or in a manner otherwise not intended by WCP. Likewise, you agree that you will not participate in this Program in a threatening, abusive, or illegal manner. 

4) We will send you emails about the Program 

You may receive emails about this Program. 

5) You release us from liability 

By participating in the Program, you agree that WCP will have no liability and that you will indemnify, defend and hold WCP harmless for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to you or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of your participation in the Program. You will not settle any claim without the prior written consent of WCP. Further, you agree that WCP is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in loan approval, closing or funding; errors in these terms, in any Program-related materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, computer hardware or software, or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise. 

6) Program changes 

We reserve the right to change or cancel the Program at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to modify or amend these guidelines and the methods through which Rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify a borrower at any time from participation in the Program if they do not comply with these guidelines. All information collected from a borrower in the Program will be subject to the WCP Privacy Policy.
