We keep our process as fast and simple as possible so that you can secure your hard money and get started on your next project. With minimal documents and the fastest underwriting process in the industry, we can get you to closing quickly and efficiently. Here’s how our process works:
Submit An Application
Submit our Quick Application form online and one of our lending experts will get back to you immediately to discuss the project and your individual needs as an investor.
After discussing your needs and goals for the project, your lending expert will analyze the deal by looking at comps, potential equity, and your experience as an investor.
If the deal checks out, your lending expert will provide you with a Term Sheet with our best rates and terms for your project.
Once you have signed the Terms Sheet, our processing team will collect any LLC, personal, or project documents needed to bring you to closing. At this point, your lending expert will work with you to develop a draw schedule (if your loan includes construction draws) and an appraisal will be ordered.
After all the necessary documents are collected and the property title is clear, you can close on the property and begin your project.
After you close on the property, construction can begin. If construction draws are included in your loan, draws will be released after you complete each milestone of your project after your progress has been confirmed by an inspector.
After construction has been completed, it’s time for you to sell or refinance the property. In the case that additional time is needed to sell the property or complete construction, you can request an extension of your loan to ensure that you are receiving maximum profits.
