Inside Sales Associate

WCP is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Associate. This person would work closely with the Director of Sales. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills. We look for drive above all else – so if you’re not hungry to better yourself personally and professionally, you need not apply. WCP is looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our growing sales’ team. The ideal candidate must be an energetic person who takes directions well, is detailed oriented, and is a self-starter. The Sales Associate will manage his/her own tasks to meet company targets and deadlines without constant oversight from directors.

As part of our dynamic team of Sales Associates you will have the opportunity to utilize proven sales methods to prospect, qualify, and close sales through positive customer interactions.

Inside Sales Associate

We finance real estate investment projects (residential & commercial) for investors and developers. We are one-part tech start up, one-part financial services company. Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Identity prospective customers through persistent cold calling and internet research and work with existing clients while sharing information with them regarding loan procedures, rates, policies, and underwriting requirements
• Cultivate relationships to convert inbound sales inquiries to leads
• Practice and follow scripts that deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
• Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to Loan Officers
• Manage database to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up
• Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
• Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market
• Identify prospective customers through persistent cold calling and internet research
• Work with existing clients while sharing information with them regarding loan procedures, rates, policies, and underwriting requirements
• Provide world class customer service
• Maintain consistent baseline performance standards in various metrics and exceed performance goals
• Maintain knowledge in a rapidly changing industry
• Generate business through customer referrals and networking while promoting our company brand
• Be a team player willing to assist and work with others
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, inside sales, or business
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Exceptional telephone skills – ability to set and qualify leads over the phone and willingness to spend most of the workday on the phone
• Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ambitious with a proven ability to succeed
• Very well organized with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a big plus
• Ability to work independently and initiate follow through – need a self-starter!
• Ability to work in a team-based, fast paced environment
• Not afraid to work long hours if need be

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with experience plus we offer a medical and dental package, paid sick and vacation leave, 401k contribution, office snacks, and relaxed work environment.

Office space will have a dedicated desk, computer, and software necessary to perform duties as well as stocked snacks and a relaxed office environment. The office is located two blocks away from Mosaic in Falls Church, VA, and 10mins away from Merrifield’s Metro station.

The typical work hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

The Sales Associate will manage his/her own tasks to meet company targets and deadlines without constant oversight from directors.
As part of our dynamic team of Sales Associates you will have the opportunity to utilize proven sales methods to prospect, qualify, and close sales through positive customer interactions.

• Identify prospective customers and work with existing clients while sharing information with them regarding loan procedures, rates, policies, and underwriting requirements
• Work on real estate appraisals, transactions, and titling paperwork
• Provide world class customer service
• Maintain consistent baseline performance standards in various metrics and exceed performance goals
• Maintain knowledge in a rapidly changing industry
• Generate business through customer referrals and networking while promoting our company brand
• Be a team player willing to assist and work with others
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales role with a proven sales track record
• English Language — Spanish desirable as well but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable based on sales experience. Unlimited earning potential through Competitive Commission Structure
