Refinancing is a great tool we offer to investors who currently own an investment asset like a flip, that they have listed for sale and are ready to get started on their next project
Our refinancing program allows you to leverage your current asset to secure finding for your next one. This helps investors maintain a continuous stream of projects and keep invested money working for you rather than just sitting on the market for 1-3 months. Typically we can lend on leverage properties at 50-60% of the (loan-to-value) LTV. As long as the property you are leveraging is vacant and a true investment, meaning that it’s not your personal dwelling refinancing through WCP is an excellent way to keep your portfolio growing without any lulls.
