How fast can you close loans?
24-48 hours after the title is clear – this depends on how quickly we receive the required documents from the borrower. Filling out an application for a pre-qualification ahead of time speeds up the process significantly.
How can I get a loan breakdown?
All we need is the address, offer/contract price, estimated construction costs, and estimated After-Repair Value of a property. With this information we can underwrite the deal and give you a loan breakdown with rates in 20-30 minutes.
What is WCP's interest rate?
Interest rates depend on every unique situation. A typical loan rate for WCP is 10-12% annualized (paid monthly).
What forms of payment does WCP accept?
We accept bank wire, ACH (Automated Clearing House), auto-debit, and checks. We do not accept payment via credit card.
How fast can I get a construction draw?
On average, WCP can have the money in your account in 3 business days.
Where does WCP lend?
We are headquartered in Falls Church, VA and we lend locally in VA, DC, and MD.
Does WCP charge prepayment penalties?
No, WCP does not assess prepayment penalties. Our clients are more than welcome to pay off their loan before it reaches its maturity.
Can you partner with WCP?
WCP is always open to referrals if you have clients, friends, or family that need financing for a project.
